First, I would like to apologize for not writing something sooner. To you Ms. Jaime you already know this but from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of Gwen's family we appreciate all the long hours of your precious time that it took to create this site for the world. We will NEVER forget the compassion and kindness that you have always given us for that we LOVE you!
To ALL OF THOSE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE US A COMMENT may God bless your precious hearts for helping us through our horrible tragedy with your kind, caring, loving and thoughtful comments found in the guestbook. I know that not all of the comments were kind and positive or supportive and for those persons I pray for you. What can I say other than unfortunately there is so much homophobia, evil, ignorance and hate still out there for someone to intentionally want to hurt us with "their opinion, negativity or just outright ugliness". It only makes us more determined to continue to EDUCATE and ADVOCATE for change.
Hopefully one day, for the future of ALL THE CHILDREN in this world we will make a difference and create change to where there will be no more senseless murders and a world that will be more loving, understanding and accepting OF EVERYONE regardless of their differences. Then we would be able to live in peace and harmony with one another the way God intended it to be. I pray to God for all of this everyday. Please pray for us too as the anniversary date approaches us next week.
So many of you have asked where Gwen was buried so that you can either go or send flowers to the cemetery. Well she was NEVER buried because those men buried her. I had her cremated instead, which I later remembered that her and I had talked about both of us being cremated. She didn't want "the bugs" to eat her body and neither do I. She is in her urn and sleeps at my headboard in my bedroom. So she sleeps with her Mommy and she is very safe.
Gwen died alone and I couldn't see placing her remains in a niche or plot! So for now she is with me. For those of you who want to send her something I would be more than happy to place it around her urn. It would probably be easier to send her cards but if you would like to send her flowers I am sure she wouldn't complain!

Thank you for taking the time to read this and again, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed not only to this site but also to my entire family over the past 5 years. We will never forget your endless support, love and compassion that has been extended not only myself but to my entire family. May God bless you and keep you.
I also want to thank my beautiful Gwenie for ALWAYS WATCHING OVER US and for LOVING US SO VERY MUCH AND FOR GIVING US HER STRENGTH AND COURAGE when we need it. You already know how very much you are LOVED AND MISSED. I am so very proud to be your Mommy. You DID NOT DIE IN VAIN and in your death you have saved SO MANY PRECIOUS LIVES! Now you are the world's ANGEL and what a beautiful Angel indeed! At least I know in my heart in soul that you are free of all the pain and suffering you endured here on earth in your short lifetime. But you left us with so many amazing and beautiful memories which we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Till we meet again mija. I Love you too much, always and forever.
Mommy 143*823
Sincerely,
Sylvia Guerrero and Gwenie xoxo **2dy2mrw4ever**
